So the next stage begins...

Thanks for the speedy responses and support. Thanks to Telstra I have had only limited access to internet for five days and had not been able to access the online network. 

After my surgeons visit I had my usual sleepless night going over things. After a sleep in and a mind reset,  last Friday was feel good and fuck off cancer Friday. Each day has had a new logo and my mood has definitely gone from positive to stubborn.
I hope that while I am having treatment I can maintain the attitude.
