Hello again:) Ultrasounds are VERY reliable.I know this, because when I had my mammogram, and nothing showed up,my doctor said,' we will do an ultrasound just to be sure'.I feel that now is the time for you to try,if you can,to focus on something positive, instead of feeling so worried all the time.Inthink the best thing that we can all do after BC,is concentrate on our general health, therefore giving our bodies the best opportunity to STAY healthy. When my treatment finished, I started going to the library again.I would borrow books on nutrition ,exercise, pretty much anything that I thought could benefit me.By doing this,it not only gave me some great ideas about what I could start to do,but also got me out of my environment,to somewhere new,and actually took my mind off other things:):)Stay on this blog too, because it's a great place to help you feel connected, and show you that you are just like everyone else in the way that you are feeling at present!!! Cheers xoxRobyn
