Try to stay calm,as there is every chance that it is just what it is...a swollen node.Lymph nodes go up and down all the time.At my first appointment with my surgeon,I had a swollen AND painful node in my armpit.When I went for my ultrasound it had gone down,and nothing showed up.!!! Be guided by your surgeon,as they are the ones that know best.It is so hard not to let your mind wander,but try to stay busy until your ultrasound,and don't over stress.Stay in touch on here ,as I am sure that there will be others with similar experiences.xxxRobyn:):)
