Yes, I've been thinking of you too Jody. I really hope you are feeling calmer and more at ease.
I realise that it's easier said than done though. I was feeling soooo miserable the other day and wondering whether I'd made a huge mistake in getting a double mastectomy and immediate reconstruction as I was not coping with the pain. But today I am feeling much better and keeping up with the pain killers and not trying to be brave. We all need help on this journey.
