I agree - talking about your feelings really helps. Your friends and family are good for that but an objective third party (or a blog like this) is even better. I wish I had spoken out sooner - the support I've received from this blog has been amazing. No-one can really understand your fears like all us ladies who have been there. This also helps you to see that you are not alone. So important
