Funnily enough (well not really) while I was back out the front waiting for my image disc their little video came on the tv.
The spiel of "At ... we understand people may be in a vulnerable position when they come to us and our staff are trained to deal with these situations" or words to that effect your honor.
I am sure the lady sitting next to me thought I was off my tree when I started to laugh. Probably could use another set of eyes on it. My writing skills are not what they used to be these days sadly.
