Seriously WTF @Arpie. They should be able to read the disc and most results are available online for doctors these days. They normally just have to have a log in with the company. Might depend on twho you went through though. If you check out the website for them you'll be able to see if they have a doctors login somewhere on the page.
They'll have to do the biopsy vial ultrasound anyway won't they? So why not just book it in, they can recheck then surely.
Time to start jumping up and down. Agree with @Sister. Go higher up the food chain.
