Gyprock is the devils work. Both coming and going. The fricking dust get everywhere. You can but cheapish plaster sanders that have a vacuum attachment on them--I wish I'd bought one years ago it would have saved days of cleaning up. The other option is to use cover strips which I think work better on old houses as the joins don't crack as the whole building does the tango during every change in the weather.
