Hi, our Queensland Cancer Council have set up a yoga class which includes Tai Chi for anyone affected by cancer. It is really good for stretching - just a bit early in the morning as I live out of town as well. The same fella also runs classes where I live so I am going to tap into them. Keep it moving is the key. Good luck. XLeonie PS I really enjoy my support group. We are off to the botanical gardens for a leisurely walk tomorrow.
