I have been going to the physio 2x a week but am not really getting anything out of it, so have decideed to cancel my next 3 appointments and take up the yoga. I guess to be honest I am also finding it an inconvenience. We are building our retirement home and have a lot to look forwad to, but are living out of town th other way in a little country town, and find it difficult to make the appointments, so have decided to take on yoga at the CWA hall here once a week. I think that the movements will be a lot better and more relxing. Am also waiting to take on meditation too.
I have never got involved in support groups before because of fear of the unknown, but I have found these blogs so interesting and feel part of the "family". I was beginning to think that my symptoms were just part of my age,. I have found it hard to talk to people about the symptoms because I figure that they have their own issues, but on here we all have so much in common.
