I tried everything to rid myself of the pain and aching joints. I have just completed a "course" of 10 clinical pilates lessons with a Physio. They were fantastic. I pushed through the pain in my knees especially and now I have gtained a lot of strength and can do the exercises easily on my home pilates machine. It is very difficult to deal with the pain and in time it either gets better, easily managed or we just get used to it!!! I am loving the scheduled exercise that I do at least 30 mins a day. I also try and walk or do some other exercise with my pup. I have een on Arimidex since Dec 2010 except for when I was on chemo and a short time whilst "giving myself a break" from it. Specialists are adamant to keep taking the drug for our benefit. I take supplements as well. I hope you can get some relief. XLeonie
