Finally home. The registrar tried unsuccessfully three times yesterday to drain the fluid from my breast. The surgical drain wasn't blocked according to the surgeon but she wanted it out to prevent an infection. I have an appointment with her on the 5th Oct for my results and if im still sloshing she said she will drain it in her office. In the meantime she doesn't want to risk introducing any infection into my breast by putting more needles into it. I'm happy with that decision.
