Sleep

Hi there, I too had awful problems sleeping and it was the dex that kept me up at night, I too had tremaze to help with the sleep, but I also took advantage of the evenings I couldnt sleep and felt well to catch up on my correspondence and as it was this time of year to get my christmas sorted.

Moo Goo is the most fabulous thing! I also tried the new Optiderma and it was good too.

Good luck on your journey, Im now 2 years post diagnosis and looking forward to my first christmas with my 3 year old grandson.

I am up to Number 5 tomorrow. I also have problems with sleeping patterns and you are right it is very annoying. I  take the Dex which hypes me up but then I take Avitan which helps with Nausea and sleep. When I stop the Avitan on about day 6 I have problems sleeping. My Oncol suggested that I take some more Aviatn when I have problems sleeping but I try not to as it might prolong the sleeping problems.

I am hoping when the chemo stops the sleeping might improve again.

I used the Moo Goo to on my head and it is good, I was also given Tamaze to help me sleep and they work a treat. Good Luck

At the moment I don't like anything on my head, fortunately I have been at home so just going bald. Even a cotton scarf drives me crazy! Xxxx

The moo goo is fantastic, went out last night to get some, didn't want another itchy sore sleepness night. Just had the sleepness night! Will ask the onc tomorrow about that. Thanks again xx

Hi, my oncologist prescribed Temaze for sleep. He said the Dexamethazone would hype me up, so I should take 2 or 3 of these on the Dex days, and it was great. They don't give you a hangover like some sleep medications. Love Chris xx
