Hi Deb - you and I have emailed through another group, but just wanted to say my operation was vaguely similar - single mastectomy with immediate implants on both sides (I was a very small 12A cup and liked the idea of a cleavage...) My implants haven't worked out too well, but I don't want to go through all the pain/trouble of getting them replaced. I think you're doing amazingly well! It took me nearly a year before I felt settled enough to decide against replacement implants. Getting back to the exercise is SO important - I did a lot of work with a physio and still do my daily exercises. Have started swimming again too, which I find both relaxing and energising. So just keep at it! Pam x
