I am also on TC and That's great advice for us all Robyn. I am travelling away on the 21 st for 2 weeks so will make sure I have both packed in my bag ( ever expanding) of medical goodies. Mostly at present I have dropped the anti- aging skin regime for pure almond oil as my skin at 59 is very dry anyway.
