Hi Trish, I also had my surgery last week and I am finding that recovery from the lymph node incision is more painful than the actual Lumpectomy. Apart from doing the exercises that we are told todo from the physio I seem to be taking an awful lot of panadol. So I think it's normal how you are feeling. I f you have any concerns speak to your doctor or breast care nurses like I did.
