I vacuumed after I got home and developed a seroma under my arm - so then started to take it easier (hard for me to sit around!) Tried not to move my arm too much and then noticed "cording" had developed which has just resoved itself after physio. (Had my mastectomy mid Oct...3 nodes taken out).
So, I figure...if you do nothing it can cause problems (cording)....if you do too much if can cause problems (seroma) - we just can't win sometimes! But it is still early days for you so defo try and rest up if you can......all the problems will eventually sort themselves out!
