I had a lumpectomy to my right breast on Thurs 12th April 2012 (3 wks ago). I have noticed today this breast getting pinker and pinker. I don't feel any pain or discomfort. Could it be related to my 1st FEC chemo session yesterday? Just wondering if I ignore this or do I have to have it checked out. Thank you in advance for your help in this matter.

Chemo can cause all sorts of weird rashes/redness but since it's only on your operated breast I think I would tell someone.Could you ring your oncology unit or cancer helpline?If you get a temp of 38 or get bad breast pain go straight to hospital.Doesn't sound urgent at the moment but keep an eye on it.
