Such a hard decision I know with my treatment my breast nurse said they will put me in early menopause but I'm doing chemo so I'm not having anymore babies but my oncologist never said or asked to them to be removed maybe ask next appointment or even ure breast nurse I find my breast nurse easier to talk to then my oncoligist
