Wishing you all the best for your expander surgery. I didnt realise there was tightness associated with mastectomy only - so I probably have a double whammy!
I had also thought about hydrotherapy and will discuss this further with my surgeon. I will need to wait until all the surgery site is clean I assume as don't wish to pick up any nasties at the moment.
