Ouch, that would be sore. I had a seroma after my lumpectomy and ended up in the er late at night because of the pain, so I know it hurts! They were going to drain it but the registrar from the breast clinic was there and stepped in and said not to drain it because that opens us up to infections. I was sent home with painkillers and it settled down.
I'd go and get it checked out by your specialists as soon as you can.
