One of the ladies in the breast reconstruction page had a seroma form in her back area after about a year. ( she has had a lat Doris with implants. She believes it was due to some new exercise. With the glands being up and you feeling fluey there is obviously something going on. I'd be back to the Drs if I were you. Is there any way you can see the plastic surgeon who performed the op or your breast surgeon. They would probably be able to tshed some light onto what's going on.
