Hi Lisa Jane
I went a bit overboard and had 6 wigs. The one I loved the most was one that I purchased online from Headcovers in the US. They have a huge range. Their web address is www.headcovers.com. ; I found they were really quite quick to deliver also. I had shoulder length dyed blonde hair prior to it falling out and the wig that I got was a bob is a brownish colour (it had lots of highlights and I got so many comments). I had previously tried on blonde wigs but they made me look sick and I didn't want to look sick. I was advised to get a wig that had a fringe to cover my eyebrows when they fall out. It was good advice as no one ever noticed that I had no eyebrows. I also used double sided wig tape (again purchased from Headcovers) and stuck a bit of that along the front of the wig to hold the wig in place. It was great for windy days. A monofilament wig is the best to get as they look more natural.

This picture is about 8 months before my hair fell out.

This one is the wig. At this stage, I still had eyebrows so I didn't pull the wig down too far at the front. When the eyebrows fell out, I just moved it forward a bit. It was a Raquel Welsh wig and I had two of that brand. They are absolutely beautiful wigs. I sorted of guessed the colour a bit though. If people didn't know me, they couldn't guess that it was a wig. I had sooooo many compliments.
I hope this helps. Just message me if you need any more help.
