@Newbie3312
I did the six weeks as wasn't given a choice. I have weird touchy skin as well.
The whole area, boob, where the nodes were removed and supraclavicular chest bit (who knew there were lymph nodes there right?)The last week was the boost targetted to where the monster had been removed from.
My skin held up really well until about number 22 ish just a bit pink . The chest bit did burn a bit earlier (no fat there I guess) but wasn't a major problem. Tons and tons of Moo goo worked very well. I had minor burns in the last week or so that needed a bit of solosite and soft gauze. Once I was done I used Flamazene which cleared it up within about 10 to 12 days Stays warm for a long time and feels a little hard to begin with but gets better over time. The only real issue I had was working out in direct sunlight for a few months. I just made sure I wore a long sleeve white cotton shirt and was in by midday for a few hours. That's all ok now too.
I had no fatigue and only those few minimal side effects. I went camping straight from radiation treatment once. Slept in the back of a horse float at a meet. Rode my husbands campdraft horse chasing cattle to warm him up. Just make sure they're wrapped and strapped luvvie. LOL You'll be good to go.
P.s
I gave up googling, as I find being told how long I am going to live by a computer very bad for your health. Blah
All the best sweets.
