This is my first blog today, i was diagnosed onthe 5th Oct iv'e had the lump and lymph nodes removed and today i find out if the mass they found is affected if so a mastectomy for me! yay!. Tomorrow...
I know this journey ( I am beginning to hate those words!) is different for everyone but I found that whilst I was having active treatment, surgery, chemo, radiation, I coped well emotionally. It is now that I struggle more, not knowing what my future is going to be and how long for.
And to really make my day yesterday, my husband who has low grade prostate cancer, had a melonoma taken off a few weeks ago, found out that he has to have further surgery in case it is spreading still and a lymph node biopsy for progression to the lymh node diagnosis! It never bloody stops!!
Take all the hugs and love from your husband, that is what got me through!!!!
Do you know if you have to have chemo, radiation??
