Scans post adjuvant chemo
Happy Friday afternoon everyone! As I am having adjuvant chemo as opposed to neoadjuvant, how does one tell if the chemo has been effective? Do they do tumour markers/full body scans at the end ...
No mammograms? I had ultrasound and mammograms regularly for 5 years. My surgeon will continue to do an ultrasound if I insist but the degree of transparency in my remaining breast and 3D mammograms make it unnecessary now.
