Melissa, my entire face, scalp, back and chest broke out in severe acne with my first cycle of TAC. Every other cycle I got some acne around week 2, but nothing like the first time. Before chemo I normally used to just have mild premenstrual breakouts. An acne-like rash is listed in my chemo side effects booklet that my onco gave me. We discussed my acne after the first cycle, but he was completely unconcerned and pretty much dismissed it. Hope it goes away for you & doesn't return!
