Hi Guys
I had my tissue expander removed on 29 October and replaced with a 300 cc saline implant filled to 175 cc. It did slosh around for a couple of days but that seems to have gone now. It looks virtually the same as the real breast but might still be a bit swollen from the surgery. I'm happy with it. Having saline gives me peace of mind.
I also had a nipple reconstruction at the same time. I was a 16F before BC but had reductions on both sides in May last year before my right mastectomy in January. I don't know what size I am now. When this is all over, I'm going to treat myself to some nice new bras.
