Hi Joe, I just realised I hadn't updated everyone. I had my op on the 17th October. I now have a Mentor 650cc Contoured saline filled implant. Last year when the expander was put in, I also had my right breast reduced on the surgeons advice. I am really please I had the reduction. I have had no problems with the implant and have recovered well. Just had my stitches out last Wednesday (16 days). My neck and arm pain is almost gone and I am really happy with it. I am not concerned with how it looks as I was more interested in having a bump there and taking the pressure off my neck etc from being so lopsided. Not sure what size I am all up at the moment as I haven't got around to buying new bras yet but previously I was about and 18E. Choosing saline was my own personal choice and I really don't find it any different feeling to my old breast.
