sad
I am very sad today. We have had to put our lovely little dog to sleep and it was not an easy decision. We tried to do it yesterday and had her in the car on the way to the vets but we couldn't do it...
Sorry to hear that - it is not an easy decision. Just before I was to start chemo we were given three options for our old german shepherd - he has a huge tumour in his tummy. We chose to put him on drugs and take him home to live out his life peacefully (no pain of course). I actually thought that he was staying here for me whilst I was on chemo. I thought that once my chemo was finished that he would pass on. He is still here 4 months on. The "miracle" drugs have him as fat as a pig and still as happy as a lark. However we know the enevitable will happen. I hope you don't stay too sad for very long. XLeonie
