I just read your post and I am going to say it, "it made me sad" as you are having to endure sooooooo much. BUT it also made me see how strong you are having to go through this and still stay positive along the way and keep your sense of humour.
When I am feeling down, I just stop and think how bloody lucky I am and give myself a kick in the butt and get back up there again.
My heart goes out to you and I wish you as easy a journey as possible as you deserve a break at some stage.
