So pleased that your confidence has been given a boost with the purchase of the wigs. I too experienced the soreness of my scalp as the hair was comming out. the day before my scalp felt like you said as if I had had it tied up tight for a while. This feeling lasted for a few days after my hair came out. My daughter a hairdresser then shaved my head to remove the scraggly remnants of hair . We both cried through this process but then gave in to laughter around the fun of the different wigs and hats. It really is one day at a time.
