Ribociclib for early breast cancer

Hi @jaydee70, ribo is very new for early breast cancer but I would imagine the same side effects may apply. Everyone is different and every cycle of ribo can be different. I take ribo but for mets. I am up to round 4. Round 1 saw liver enzymes go up so dose reduced from 600mg to 400mg. I seem ok on 400mg. I feel relatively well. I do get fatigue but the other drug I am on also may cause fatigue. Round 3 saw me have itchy skin for 3 days and then it disappeared which was good. I record the side effects so I can ask questions or discuss with my oncologist. Hopefully you won't have any side effects. The pharmacist told me most people tolerate it well. Best wishes to you.
