The joys hmm !! Somedays it just seems worse than others - oh for a day of feeling normal - haha whatever that is?
I will certainly look into the lymphatic drainage massage etc - havent had any of that done.
Would be nice to just not have any aches and pains for a day or so - pity the surgeons couldnt have a days experience so they would know what we were talking about after that comment that was made to you !!! I think as its school holidays I am more aware of it - as want to do so much with the girls but just cant do what we would normally do . Feel sad for them that I just feel tired all the time. Try to keep going but then wham it all catches up!
Anyway - just keep swimming has become my motto.
Hope you continue to get some relief with your massaging!
