and he said that they did find a small amount of positive cells in the surrounding tissue and that he may have to go back in and take some more tissu...

Hey Shaz, You are doing really well! I had similar story, surgeon went back in 2nd time to get clear margins, and 2 lymph nodes were positive so they ended up taking 13 out. Its great your surgeon is discussing your case at the meeting, same happened with me, and it just gives you more confidence that you're getting the best possible treatment.
