Hi Elisha
Well that sux!!! I am not sure what is worse, hearing the words that you have cancer or the words that you will require chemo. Having said that, chemo is not easy, but it has come along way in recent years, with some great meds to combat the nausea etc. So it is very doable. I had visions that I would spend the next 6 months in bed sick, yes I did have a few really crap days, but generally I did most things as before. My children were 2 and 4 at the time so I still took them to school most days, went shopping for groceries, went to the park, movies and out to dinner. I had my chemo once every three weeks and I had two days out of the first week that I just layed around but the rest of the time I was OK. (wasnt ready to run a marathon but I did OK).
Hope this helps, I wrote you a post on the bald one too.
