Thanks Dale, yes there is a Dragons Abreast club in Geelong and when you feel up to it I definatly recomend it, great excercie with great women. I have my 12mth check up next month ( my how the time has flown!) I too am going to ask about having the other breat off, I am constantly checking and find lumps and bumps everywhere !
