I too had a seroma, I had it aspirated and lucky for me it didn't return. I was still able to start chemo on time. I too am HER2 positive so I come down to perth every three weeks for herceptin. It takes about an hour and I don't have any side effects to it either which is good. Good luck with your chemo :)
