RESULTS BACK
Got my results back on Tuesday and they are all good. I just have to take to tamoxifen.
I am not going to start this until Monday....feel bad enough without adding hot flushes and anything otherside...

I have also been on Tamoxifen since new year's day, so far so good. I am also conscious of what I eat and I also exercise on a regular basis. So far I have not had hot flushes although chemo did push me into menopause.
And like Deanne and Robyn I take mine at night with dinner and also set a reminder on my phone for this as well.
