I had a similar problem after my mx and found that my legs and left arm was jumpy at night and I took some mineral topup called hydralite which is for dehydration and within 2 days my body seemed to just calm down....the doctor thought it could just be replacing the minerals I lost in 3 surgeries... It seemed to work but may of just been what my body lost?? Anyway you get them at the chemist... Am ok now took about 5 days to subside!!! Very strange but they stopped and no more jumpy legs... Now back pain after sleeping in my recliner for 3 months is another story....
Good luck with it
