Sometimes it can be from low Magnesium.Perhaps a cup of hot milk/milo before bedtime? Or check with your doc if you can have a magnesium supplement? I call it the"jimmy legs"and get it on the odd night.If I can't sleep after a few hours,I take a couple of panadol and that usually helps.
