Restless Legs - driving me nuts!

I do walk everyday Robyn and dont drink tea and coffee or any caffiene so I shudder to think how much worse would it be if I did!! I just went to the chemist and she shook her head in sympathy but no solution there. Back to the drawing board.....I will let you know if I find something to help.
