Hi Tannie,exercise in moderation significantly reduces the symptons of restless legs.Try some lower body exercise during the day such as walking stairs,resistance with bands,or just a good long walk.Stop caffeine if you can .It might seem like a small thing,but it can drive you crazy!! Have had this many times in the past,but not for many months now.Cheers Robynxox
