Thanks for that link @kezmusc - there was a separate link at the bottom that was interesting well ..... suggesting that those on Tamoxifen & AIs SHOULD actually be getting a dose of progesterone as well as it works better for preventing recurrence!
It appears that there is a Trial in Australia using this regime that was started some time post 2017.
