I think Professor Boyages is very knowledgeable and down to earth. I haven't met him personally but from his book and his lecture that I was lucky enough to view he seems very approachable. I'm sure he will give you enough info to make your decision easier. I worry about lymphdema all the time but manage it through regular lymphatic drainage massages and of course taking care of my arm. Apparently I was high risk of it by having radiation in the same area twice. So far so good. I had ten nodes removed first diagnosis with no involvement. Then low and behold there was a little sucker lurking in the back of my arm - 4 years later. A Nasty one which I am now free of. I have no idea how many I have left - with two lots of radiation zapping them as well. XLeonie
