Recovering after surgery

Hi @Kathryn2412. I had the same bad luck with three surgeries in 4 days but do remember them getting me up and doing breathing and coughing exercises - and walking !
Perhaps raise your pillow/s slightly so you are not laying totally flat ? You may be sleeping with your mouth open in order to get more air if you are congested.
Anaesthetics do knock the body around and take some getting over so allow yourself to rest and be spoilt.
Mention it to your medical team and bc nurse if you have one.
