Welcome to the forum, although sorry you find yourself here, but you are in good company, and many helpful members who can give you support and comfort, so you don't feel so alone.
I have often felt very tired after an anesthetic for about 2 weeks, and I don't think it unusual to find we are snoring also. I haven't felt congested as well though. Maybe see if you can reach out to the medical team / breast care nurse to see what you can do for the congestion.
That was bad luck getting a haematoma after the first surgery. Let's hope now you can continue to recover from your lumpectomy. Take care and stay connected whenever you feel the need. xx
