@Cafrini60 ,hi, I had a lat dorsi reconstruction in 2015 and sometimes, if I push myself too far I'm in pain for a day or so. Like strong muscle pain. But today I rearranged my garage, so lots of lifting and dragging, and I feel fine. I've even rock climbed! Picking up things at certain angles can hurt so I readjust. Everyday is different 😀
