After you've finished radiation, there will be options for you to achieve symmetry again. It's nothing to be embarrassed about or considered vanity - it can help in both the physical and emotional healing process after the shock of diagnosis and treatment.
As others have mentioned, depending on your suitability, a reduction on healthy breast or small implant/fat filling on affected breast may be options for you. When the time is right for you, seeking a couple of plastic surgeon opinions(who specialise in breast reconstruction) would be the way to go. Depending on what area you're in would reflect what services are available to you.
