Hi jeanine g - I know that one of the key points of discussion for reconstruction has always been symmetry. The best thing you can do is talk to ur plastic surgeon and if necessary discuss with another to understand ur options. I don't think u r complaining at all. They say that reconstruction is all part of the healing process and it is important that you are informed and comfortable with the decisions you can make. This can be a frustrating and long painful process... I know.
